Gene’s career spans over 40 years in lending, financial services, real estate and law. General Counsel for two Merrill Lynch subsidiaries, Chief Lending Officer for a Bridgeport based bank, CEO for an asset recovery company he founded, Of Counsel to two major NYC law firms and a mortgage broker who has closed over $200M in loans, his career is marked by accomplishment and success.
Gene and his wife Pam live in Southport with their 3 rescue dogs and 3 rescue cats. Their home is a completely restored historic 1860’s Victorian which was once the Pequot Inn. Trophy winning racing sailors, they have competed in races up and down Long Island Sound. Music is their other passion and they perform 4 times a year as soloists and singers with the Wednesday Afternoon Music Club where Gene plays piano and Pam the cello. They are also members of the Southport Congregational Church Senior Choir.
